Yes it's an eye sore in a truck stop. I was hungry and the journey had been lacking a bathroom stop. Killed 2 birds with one stone. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Service friendly and efficient. Have French Vanilla creamer or milk if you prefer over containers of 1/2 and 1/2. I got breakfast, the traditional. 2 eggs, ham, home fries and biscuits. See picture, huge plate. They need to change the grease or change brands. Ham good. Service never lets your coffee empty. I would stop here again.
Overall a good stop. Gas is reasonably priced - very competitive to Pilot that's nearby. The restroom is clean and well stocked. The restaurant is typical of most smaller town diner. We were hungry and had another 590 miles to our destination. We need food! The lack of ratings made us wary of the restaurant but I'm glad we decided to give it a try. I had the traditional breakfast with bacon and my husband had the pancake, two eggs, and bacon special. The portion were huge for $6.29! Our server was friendly and attentive. Good place to accomplish everything for a long road trip ahead.
